Altered Post-it Notes

Cut 1 piece of cardstock 3"x4 1/2"
Ink edges if desired.
Cut 2 pieces of cardstock 3"x3" and set aside
On the piece that is 3" x 4 1/2": score at 3" and 3 1/4" and fold on those
lines. This will become the cover

Etape 1:
Couper un morceau de carton à 3" x 4 1/2"
Couper 2 morceau de carton à 3" x 3"
Avec le morceau qui est 3 x 4 ½": Sur la coté qui est 4 1/2", mésure a 3"
et plié. Apres mesurer a 3 1/4" est plié. Ceci est la couverture

Cut one piece of patterned paper 1 1/2"x 2 1/2"
Cut a coordinating piece of patterned paper 2 1/2"x1 5/8"
Ink if desired
Adhere to the cover, in the manner shown in the example

Etape 2
Coupez un morceau de papier a motif a 1 1/2"x2 1/2
Coupez un morceau de papier a motif different a 2 1/2" x 1 5/8"
Ajoutez l'encre si desirez
Adhérez les morceaux a la couverture comme dans l'example.

Step 3

After patterned paper is attached to cover, string a piece of ribbon in
location shown below, wrap it to back of cover and tape down.
On a metal-rimmed tag either put an initial or the first letter of your
descriptive word with a letter sticker or die cut letter. Tie tag onto
ribbon with remaining piece of ribbon. Make sure to tie it in a knot. Then
all you have to do is handwrite or stamp your descriptive word and attach a silk flower with a brad. Now the cover is decorated!!!!

Etape 3
Apres que le papier à motif est attaché au couverture, ficelez un morceau
de ruban dans l'endroit vu ci-dessous, et adherez le au dos. Sur un tag
bordé de metal met un monogram, et attacher-le au ruban avec un autre
morceau de ruban. Apres écriver un sentiment et attacher votre fleur en
soie avec un brad. Maintenant la couverture est fini.

with one of the 3"x3" pieces of cc, adhere to inside of the top cover, to cover up the ribbon and brad ends.
On the side which 3” x 1”, apply adhesive and adhere to back of pad going over the spine of the pad, so the 1/4" spot that you bent is now the spine of the pad. Make sure not to glue onto the spine or you won't be able to remove your post it notes! LOL
after that, cover the back of the pad with the remaining piece of 3"x3" cc
***optional you may glue a magnet to the back of the pad so you can put it on your fridge!!!

Etape 4
Adhérez un des morceaux de carton 3”x3” a l’interieur du coverture supérieur pour couvrir les bouts du ruban et le brad.
Sur le morceau du coverture qui est 1” x 3” appliquez l'adhésif, et adherez au dos du bloc, pour que la portion que est ¼” couvre l’epine du bloc. Faites attention a ne pas mettre l’adhésif a l’epine ou vous ne pourra pas enlever les “post-its” Apres, collez le morceau de carton 3”x3” restant au dos.
